How to fix the issue of not being able to access the Garena website to redeem Free Fire voucher codes?

When the system shows: “The region of your game ID does not match the region of the store.”

To solve this problem, simply follow these steps:

	Go to the Garena Singapore website to redeem your voucher code.
	Select Player ID.
	Enter your Game ID.
	Double-check that the Game ID name is correct. Click on Garena Prepaid Card.
	Enter your 16-digit Garena card code. Click Confirm and check your diamonds in the game.

If you redeemed your voucher code on the Garena Singapore website but still didn’t receive the diamonds, please check your in-game server region.
