If you encounter a problem where the card shows as already used but you have not yet received diamonds or in-game items:
First, please double-check that the card code you entered is valid and corresponds with the date/time of purchase.
If it is correct, the issue may be due to one of the following reasons:

The card has already been successfully redeemed.

You entered the wrong game ID when redeeming the voucher code.

You logged into the Garena website using Facebook instead of your Game ID.
In this case, we recommend always logging into the Garena website with your Game ID when redeeming codes. Do not log in with Facebook.
Note:
The game system can check whether the card has been topped up to a Game ID or a Facebook account, but it cannot disclose the Game ID, resend the voucher code, or refund diamonds since the card has already been used.
