We would like to inform you that Codashop:
- a. Cannot cancel or refund orders that have been successfully paid for and where the purchased items have already been delivered to your account by the game publisher or app.
b. Cannot transfer, move items to another account, or withdraw items once delivered. - Before making any payment, you must check that all details are correct, such as: game ID, server, account name, phone number, email, and other information.
- Once a purchase has been completed and the items have been delivered to your account, the order is considered final. We cannot cancel or refund in cases where the customer purchased the wrong item, entered the wrong game ID, or provided an incorrect account/app.
- If you have successfully made a payment but did not receive the item, or received incomplete items, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase at:

We will be happy to investigate and resolve the issue for you. After our review is complete, we will inform you whether you will receive a refund or replacement items, depending on what is appropriate for your case.
Note: Refunds or replacement items will only be processed for orders that fall under the applicable conditions. If the issue is reported after 30 days from the purchase date, we will not be able to investigate, refund, or provide replacement items.
