How to pay with VISA and MasterCard?

You can now use VISA and MasterCard to pay for various products on Codashop.
Note: Only VISA and MasterCard are supported. Other cards such as UnionPay are not accepted.

	Select the product price. Choose VISA / MasterCard as the payment method. Enter your valid email address. Click Buy Now.
	Enter your 16-digit credit card number. Enter the expiry month and year of your card. Enter your card’s 3-digit CVV code. Click Pay Now.
	Your purchase is complete. Click Return to Store to check your items

Note:

If you encounter Error 704, it means your transaction was declined by your bank or card provider.

Recommendations:

1. Double-check that your card number, expiry date, and CVV code are entered correctly.

2. If you are connected to a VPN during the transaction, your purchase will fail.

3. A credit card can only be used 4 times per hour. If you already made 4 successful purchases, please wait 1 hour before trying again.

4. The card must be issued and usable within Laos. Purchases from outside Laos are not supported.

5. Your card will be automatically blocked if you attempt too many consecutive transactions. (Try again after 24 hours).

If your account balance was deducted but the purchase failed, please wait around 24 hours (often sooner). The money will be refunded to your account, and your banking app will update the transaction status as failed.
