We would like to inform you that your phone’s IP address and the in-game region must both be set to Laos only.
There are 2 main cases that cause this issue:
1) Your in-game region is set to another country.
Solution:
Go to the in-game settings, change the region to Laos, and try topping up again.
But if your in-game region is already set to Laos, then it falls under Case 2.
2) Your phone or WiFi IP address is not from Laos.
This may happen if your device is connected through a VPN.

How to check your in-game region:
